SW set up a meeting with ACL/Wasps next week. Then announce this to the CT. Gone the next day. Replacement drafted in within 24h. Of course there's a chance SW resigned himself and waited to depart till replacement was found, but it rarely happens that way, and when it does the new and the old...

Waggot was clearly axed and the only person who can hire/fire a CEO is the chairman.

    Waggot gone

Only if we draw on Saturday.

It's true. http://www.statto.com/football/teams/coventry-city/2010-2011/table/2010-10-30 24pts from 14 games. Then 31pts from 32 games. Never in any real danger of relegation though as we finished 13 pts ahead of those relegated.

    windows 7 v windows 10

If you have a wireless printer make sure there's a Win10 printer driver. I upgraded and my wireless HP color laser now only work with USB cable. I also find EDGE - the replacement for explorer - refusing to close windows from time to time. The worst problem in Win10 is how apps doesn't always...

    Don't Worry About a Thing......

Surely you mean Stevie Wonder .... Ah, never mind. Don't you worry 'bout a thing.

    December Stadium Deadline

Usually I would only quote the sentence in bold, but I have to say I agree overall with the entire post. The sentence in bold: Sisu have stepped back and left the company in the hands of TF/SW on the condition they stop the 'send more money' postcards. TF/SW now act as chairman and CEO and only...

I am sure I would have publically have said the same. Should he have admitted they had been screwed? What kind of signal would that send to their investors?

    December Stadium Deadline

Yes, it won't be easy. The parachute money is hard to compete with, especially as so many teams are on that 'welfare scheme'. It would be a miracle if sisu gambled like Leicester did. That would depend if the club owned prop-co ('ACL') would be administrating the 'side-kicks'. We need to see...

    Win on Saturday?

    December Stadium Deadline

Yes, you're right. And the owners are paying for their mistakes. Where does that leave us? Don't we have the right to point to poor political decisions that effects us? It takes two to fight - sisu didn't do it all by themselves.

I think we have pretty much analyzed every aspect of a rental deal at the Ricoh. But we haven't seen a businessplan for a new stadium, so we can't really say if that will or won't stand us better.
  13. G

    December Stadium Deadline

No, it's definitely not the fault of Wasps or ACL.

    December Stadium Deadline

ACL will not be able to offer us any deal that will see us competitive in the Championship. We don't know if sisu are working on plans to build a stadium. It's funny how every time TF goes public some people call for him to shut up. Now he doesn't speak and the same people wan't him to speak...

In his first interview Eastwood said the process had been in motion for more than two years. If that is the case, it would place the first talks around the time ACL decided to abandon the 'roadmap' and proceed to YB alone. Who was it on here that repeatedly warned us the club was not the only...

More likely CCC plants. Wasps are not really to blame.

To avoid the current uncertain situation and the future prospect of losing the club (who create jobs and bring revenue to local businesses)?

    Yes, definitely.

    December Stadium Deadline

For years I have been branded a blatant sisu-lover, but I don't think I have defended any of their actions with such determination you show here. It almost seems personal to you. You ask what ACL were supposed to do? How about invite the club to buy the stadium at the same conditions Wasps got?

A new way of looking at the table

We have played 4 of the top half and 4 of the bottom half teams. So we have evenly played across the table. Interestingly we do better against the top half teams.
