Crew require customer numbers to buy tickets. You can't get issued with a new customer number until after the 2nd leg. Think they are clamping down. Worth giving them a call though!

That's a good question. Also I'm guessing if you drive to Crewe on the day or beforehand that you might not need a customer number on the day.
