Yeah, I think that run of 3 games is what worries people but 2 at home means we should be able to get something. 4 points from the 3 would be a decent return.

Oh I agree with that. But 5he fact remains being a big money CCFC signing isn't/wasn't the same as being a big money signing even if it seemed that way to some of our support

Big money signings for us doesn't equate to big by Championship standards though. Several of those players were punts. Gus and Vik at just over a million each were both cheap

Its not a cop out, we simply don't know. Unless you've got some portal in to a parallel universe you can't say with any certainty, especially given the amount of variables involved. What we can judge is how is Lampard doing, I'd say a decent job up to now and I'm confident it will continue.

We're miles off the top 4 currently, as are most the league, but if we can get 5th or 6th then there's always a chance. And maybe by the time we play 3 of them at the end of March we'll have closed that gap a bit.

We're not reliant on Dovin. Only a few elite teams don't concede big chances in games in the championship, (Burnley being one). When it happens we now have a keeper who's competent to deal with it more often than not. Used the example of Leeds, we tested their keeper and he had to pull off one...
