    CCFC & The Ricoh

Sounds spot on to me. Can someone now explain why anyone defends sisu and thinks the rent is the cause of all of our problems. Is it roughly £7m of rent has caused roughly £70m of debt. I need an accountant to explain how this is possible

    CCFC & The Ricoh

So why is it impossible to buy these rights and negotiate the rent now instead? Is there anyone with a sensible answer to that?

    Elvis admitting defeat

Me too. League 2 football and no stadium within a couple of years

    CCFC & The Ricoh

But shouldnt SISU have tried to but out the rights to other revenues? they were sold by the club and have a value. It seems they wanted these for £0. Why would the owners of the rights give these away?

Anyone going to the Stadium Meeting tonight?

I think maybe Joy should read this

So is good management pissing off most of your supporters moving your club to a rented ground in Northampton thereby reducing your income by even more than renegotiating the rent on your existing rented ground

Anyone going to the Stadium Meeting tonight?

Fair enough. I thought you were using the example to demonstrate everything Tim says is true. I may have misunderstood. I wouldnt put much beyond sisu but the economic madness of building a new stadium is probably beyond even them.

Anyone going to the Stadium Meeting tonight?

doesnt make the new stadium a reality though does it. Fisher also said he had moved on and had no interest in the Ricoh - is that true too? will name a site in 3 weeks - so long ago i cant remember when it was - is that true too? I could go on about things Fisher said which turn out not to be...

10 year deal for Northampton, will we get any extra revenues?

id forgotten it was about pie money. do you think if sisu get a load of vans selling pies outside the ground and we all agree to buy our pies from there they will come back to the Ricoh. Just a thought.

10 year deal for Northampton, will we get any extra revenues?

    Isn't today the day?

I have no idea im only repeating what i am told. I assume they could groundshare it with Nuneaton. Financial sense and SISU are rarely in the same sentence when it comes to CCFC. I have no information other than repeating a rumour. As for unconnected east midlands football club - they are in the...

    Isn't today the day?

THIS IS A RUMOUR Ive been doing some work with an East Midlands football club and someone reasonably high up has told me the rumour doing the rounds is that SISU are looking to buy Nuneaton Town and redevelop there. I dont know enough about Nuneaton to know if this is feasible. It probably...

Our form a consequence of playing at Northampton?

This implies that all our supporters are fully supportive at all times at Sixfields which isnt quite true. Perhaps we should play games at Ryton and have no fans and we would be much better. Im sure that isnt what you mean but if you follow your logic... The point of a professional football...

yes - not everyone goes to every game and now we can barely manage 2000 - good job sisu hope they are here for the long haul
