The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

That's right...tell all those Syrian (to name but one) migrants that. Weapons always seem to find easy passage across borders too...have you noticed that? That's because borders are pretty soft in general Mexico-USA is probably the hardest I can think of, but where there is a will there is a...

Thought you'd left. Keep up Clint, back in the summer it was said there were 12 of 40 continuity agreements in place & recently 15 with a further 6 expected to be rolled over should we leave on 31st October. And now you will start boring us about how much of our current trade that will be...

We cannot get trade deals signed until we leave the EU. We can agree them in principle, but we would be foolish to make details of them available to all & sundry (except with agreement just to be able to emphasise the point of their possibility) Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

It is amazing to me that people find it so convenient to video so many things & post them on Facebook or whatever, but when it comes to bad behaviour - & it is so often in full view of others, we barely get to scratch the surface! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

I agree it is cause for embarrassment. It has happened to me. Turn it around though & one stabbing in 20 games would maybe equate to 1 in 200k chance it might be you that got stabbed. So should we say "sod it" it's unlikely I will be the victim? Or "sod it" it is unlikely that I will be stopped...

Death shouldn't be the measure! People caught carrying weapons is the measure imo...& it is far far higher at football than it is at hockey or basketball or tennis or swimming or even what I think would be 2nd on the list to football (Rugby League)! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

And even Cricket nowadays, it IS a societal problem & issue. Football is just the true focus for such antics though...even taking proportion & circumstance out of the equation. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

In fairness the reasons for said behaviour have much more complex origins & depth of feelings. And on that occasion were fuelled by deep-seated values & political persecutions &/or beliefs beliefs rather than "Let's go to Rotherham" Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

No...the fact they wpuld choose a smallish family club like Rotherham says it all. How hard can you feel? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Given this thread was inspired by our fan behaviour (in minority) thank God it wasn't one of the "Legion" organised big days out! I'd like to think said Legion is now a thing confined to history & ridiculed upon mention! Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

It is a good point in fairness...why don't the sniffers just tour our town/city centre pubs & clubs at random (or do they?) to catch such people??? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Think of it like a fishing net. The more you feel the need to catch the tighter the holes in the net. We have perhaps sadly, but progressively, become labelled & targeted & hence restricted as a fanbase. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
