    The FA Cup

I was wondering about that earlier today, if they brought something like that in for the FA Cup. Most of the prem teams would kick up a proper stink over it, claiming it was some sort of abuse and how they need their players to be rested. I think it should either be that or make them join from...

Who watches American Football in the UK?

Started watching the NFL last year when it was on channel 4 and I was up at silly o'clock. Started getting into it and watched the Superbowl (as a result I'm sort of following the sea hawks). Its interesting and can be exciting, especially after the 2 hours plus and it all comes down to the...

    BBC cutting F1 coverage

Anytime I've ever seen them, they seem to be forcing the lines. They might have one or two good things to say but compared to Brundle & Crofty they may aswell be talking about go karts. I'd really wanted to like EJ aswell. plus that Ben Edwards is insanely bad, he misses loads of things.

    BBC cutting F1 coverage

F1 coverage on the BBC has been destroyed ever since they 'allowed' Sky to jointly cover with them. Its been heading this way for a while which is sad as Canada 2011 averaged 5.2milion over four hours. After they handed sky the coverage those numbers just dropped out of the floor. Sky took all...

    Star Wars

Saw the film yesterday with my girlfriend (who's a far bigger star wars fan than I am,) in 3d at 9.45am too. The guy on the counter at vue said that they'd had four or five fully packed showings at the midnight screening and the same for last night. We had maybe 10? people in the showing, nearly...

    Fester top of the Prem

I think that's just it. I personally have no feelings about Leicester (as others have said growing up in the 90s, Villa will always be the rivals) and its more about watching the 'big four' get thumped by an underdog more than anything else. Wouldn't it be great if the wonderman of Chelsea...

    CCFC on FM2016

Picked the beta up the moment it came out, currently 4th in L1 after 27 games with 48 points. Barnsley top (56) then Wigan (54) then Millwall (50). I've been sitting fairly close until Reda and Ricketts both got themselves red carded in the same game, dropped some points since then. Resigned...

    SSN: Sherwood sacked by Villa

I don't know about last year, but the bookies this year have heavily backed villa to go down and they are very rarely wrong. Alot of things could change, but I think as people said, there seems to be a resignation about them this year. I'm tempted to put a £1 bet on them to stay up, just to make...

    Different Perspectives

I'm one of the unlucky masses who never got to go to Wembley (I was born a year later, go figure). But I think even I'm starting to want to go up via the play offs rather than go up as second place as it means a trip to Wembley, something which a Manchester or Chelski fan will never understand.

    Fifa 16

I do. PC graphics all the way, can't stand consoles and the last one I owned was an original Xbox. I'd also refuse to buy things like xBox live and all that crap. Buying a controller was the best investment I made in my PC. Allows me to play Fifa and some other games much easier. That said, FPS...

Most terrible game ive seen in a while!!

Spoke to a Scunny fan after the game (was working sadly so couldn't go). He basically said that we never got going and if we had, we'd have thumped them. From the small bits of the raido, his views and what everyone is saying on here, does sound a bit like we just didn't turn up. Oh well, onto...

    Scunny fans view

Or M1 > M18 > M180 > M181 Living up here myself and that's the reverse route we take to Cov. The A15 isn't really worth it, especially on a weekend due to mobile speed cameras being everywhere on it (seen alot of unmarked police cars recently when I go to and from Lincoln), plus its pretty...

    Its a great feeling

Live/work in Scunthorpe and spoke to a Scunny fan before Crewe. When I said we were top of the league his reply was "I'll try not to laugh when we overtake you". .. Little bit of a smile today :).

    The bookies are impressed...

I put £13 on us to get promoted at 8/1 before the season started, right now I'm starting to wish I'd put a little bit more on :/.

    Game of Thrones

Massive fan of the books, been following the show since before it started filming season one (winteriscoming.net :) ). Very nearly applied to be an extra in season one but got my current job shortly before so couldn't justify having X amount of weeks off if I'd gotten the chance, seriously...

    That was shocking

Just terrible. The ref also had a fair bit of a shocker. The radio said it was a stonewall pen, their keeper should have at the very least been booked for time wasting as should have their striker who went down for about 10mins trying to get a foul. That said, they still deserved to win after...

    RATINGS - Dare I Ask ??

Would love to be watching the same game, we were beyond terrible. If Notts had their full strength team, we'd have been murdered by the 20th min. All should get a 1 and that's only for turning up apart from possibly Haynes who at least looked like he wanted the ball, instead of hiding for 90mins.

    Ryan Haynes

That's a lie! As someone who lives in the same household as you, I know for a fact you struggle to work the printer! Signing up for wikipedia and managing to edit it is a bit harder than "the youtube".

First time for a while tonight, nice to be back home :). Haynes was fantastic, he spent most of the first half unmarked in space. Fleck and O'brien were both great too. Tudgay, why on earth did we sign him? I'll understand if he's carrying an injury, but honestly I think I saw him win two...
