The EFL have sold the rights to broadcast games in UK & Ireland (and islands) to Sky. They have then sold the remaining overseas rights to iFollow. So by paying iFollow to watch the games in a location where Sky have already paid for those rights is certainly a breach of iFollow's obligations...
