Whatever system we use, it is negated by the ‘lack of confidence’ around the players. It’s too early to tell regarding EMC, far too early. He looks like a player trying too hard, and from experience, that just undoes you as a player.

17th. I said before the season started, that this campaign would not be the cake-walk that some were billing it as. This squad is not a ‘team’ yet, and I’m very concerned at the level of performances. Surely, these players are more capable and mentally stoic than this?

I don’t get how, we can take an early lead and then do next to nothing to build on it. Then we concede a shit goal, and sit on it. No impetus, no drive, no belief. No tactical dynamism. I can’t see where this recovery will materialise from. These players do not have it in them.
