    Coventry v southampton boycott

Count me in!! A protest might even carry more weight if disgruntled, non- ticket purchasing fans turn up outside the ground anyway. A couple of shandies in the casino followed by a vocal gathering at kick off time. We could probably make more noise than the handful inside, and achieve more...

    FA Cup Draw

Dreadful draw all round by the amateurish station that is ITV. We need a break.

I like the cut of Graham's jib.

    We're screwed

I accept that but, you can only win 1 game and gain 3 points at a time. If, miraculously, we could manage 2 straight wins, we could, potentially, as you say be 1 point from safety, instead of 7. Despite all the gloom and despondancy, we are not relegated yet.

    We're screwed

That figure is indeed achievable, however, 42 points will never be enough to survive. An absolute minimum of 50 points will be required. I honestly admire your optimism. I wish that more of our fans could be as positive!!

    We're screwed

Yes, this is what i meant, mind you i can never remember us getting much luck!! However, Brighton's 1st goal was A, poor play by Clingan and B, very unlucky to have been steered in the direction of Keoghs shin into the goal. These things seem to happen more frequently to teams who are...

    We're screwed

You are of course correct that we have only managed to 2 victories. That is the harsh reality, but i am convinced that we should have had more wins and certainly more points. We have been unfortunate in the last few games. Some of that was due to poor play, but far more to bad luck. We are...

    We're screwed

We are not screwed yet!! Forest and Ipswich are in free-fall. Pompey are on the brink. I know that it doesn't seem likely at the moment, but 2 wins for us and we are by no means sunk. PUSB

    FA Cup Draw

It was actually a third of a century ago. JH revealed Sunderlands result with 15 minutes of CCFC versus Bristol City to go. Both teams passed the ball between themselves knowing that a draw would keep both clubs in the first division ( now The Premiership), and relegate Sunderland. I think the...

    I am confused

Sir, your opinion is one that i have always respected, and i hope that i always will. I must however cast your mind back to a live radio interview ( March, i think), when Mr Dullieu clearly stated that he had a meeting with Coventry City council arranged for the upcoming Friday during which...

    Gardner In

Gardner is already good enough for our division, I meant that he is a great prospect for The Premiership. The lad is a goal-scoring midfielder, brother of Craig, but bigger and stronger. Despite our successful academy, we have not produced anybody of this type of player. I hope that we get him...

    Gardner In

Gardner is a great player, came on as sub for England U21 with 10 minutes left and scored 2 crackers. This lad is a top prospect. Hope it happens.

    Back to football

I honestly thought that England would be thrashed by the far superior World and European champions on Wednesday. 1-0 to City.

brody will be live at 5.30

It was him and if i may say, he asked far more relevant questions than Foster or Eakin have ever asked. Of course, Brody avoided answering them with the skill of scandal ridden politician, but nevertheless, Brody was definitely uncomfortable at times.
