    Season Ticket Fund

Remember that the club (has in the past and I have no reason to suggest they wont again) matched the donations. As such for your donation to not reach the right people then over half the recipients would have to be taking the piss. I think we can safely say that this isn't the case. I respect...

Same here, absolutely not needed. Club only gets about 70% of the revenues so I will be donating it back to the club via some means (*) so they get the full 100%. * either via MMJ season ticket fund, JSB memberships I won't use or I might even buy a full season ticket if it includes ifollow...

    Ricoh Lease...

Bonds are strange things and can be very illiquid. At current price of 47... actually down to 44 it yields a lot more than 13, if you factor in that you also get the additional 56 if the bond is repaid. That's a big IF at the moment which is why the thing is trading so low. Current bid price...

    Liam Walsh

I'm inclined to agree. But silly money? Sensible money would be 1-2m but I think you would be needing to talk 4-5 just to get round the table...

    Liam Walsh

He's unproven in the championship so to be paying silly money at this stage would be a complete gamble. Which is ultimately why he will probably end up playing for Bristol next year and then they will find out one way or another...hope I am wrong.

    Wigan gone in to admin

Also don't we want them to stay up? Am I correct that if they don't come out of admin or have certain arrangements in place before the next season starts there is another points deduction as well?

    Wigan gone in to admin

I suspect a lot of championship clubs are going to be hurting during close season. Cloth will need to be cut which will absolutely level up the playing field, to a degree. Looking at their fixtures they still have a fighting chance of staying up but it certainly gives all the other teams down...

Transfer Rumour Callum O'Hare - Confirmed

It's already been offered and rejected - they didn't need to make a second offer let alone a 3rd. One is enough...

Transfer Rumour Callum O'Hare - Confirmed

They obviously don't need to extend his contract by a month like they do for the other players that can currently play so clearly that's why he was offered nothing... He has already rejected a contract offer, which means that if he goes to another EPL/EFL team they will still be able to get compo.

too much too young - flag design

This is bloody good... I think I saw this on facebook earlier. 1. The 2-tone needs to be more prominent. 2. The lettering will be hard to see at a distance.

    Promotion

Coming back from 1 down to batter Bristol away with magnificent football. Max's late winner against Bolton, followed by the late winner at Portsmouth. I was literally losing my shit jumping round the living room when Godden scored... that's when I really knew it was going to be our year. Glad...

Looking bad for Villa....who do we want?

It's all relative. You don't think we will take advantage of the current situation by nabbing a few players from L1 when the dust has settled?

Looking bad for Villa....who do we want?

If O'Hare signs for us end of the month then yes, fuck'em. But if not then I begrudgingly agree that the best way to get him would be for Villa to stay up...

    Ricoh Return Stumbling Block

Yep. If Sisu underwrote this, then the council would be financially rewarded by saying they did make an oops. Wasps would end up break even, and Sisu/CCFC would have to foot the bill. It's just not something that SISU can agree to under any circumstances even if the chances of the above are...

    Season Tickets

I don't disagree with you, but you have to remember that the average away attendance is significant and needs to be tapped into as much as possible. You can offer incentives to home fans via memberships that you don't need to offer to away fans as long as you are charging walk up the same price...

    Season Tickets

I believe there is a limit on the number of times that you can do cut price promotions for games, and I believe such offers have to be offered to the away fans as well. 6 match packages (or some sort of membership discount scheme) might be the way to reward the current fans whilst keeping the...

    Season Tickets

My understanding is they can be used as you suggest, as long as tickets are available. This may have changed now that the 6 game packs are available online...

    Season Tickets

What L1 & L2 need is certainty on what is going on, and they will then be able to plan accordingly. They will have to set their playing budgets and close season business according to the new normal revenue. Yes ST sales will be down, but so will running costs. To counter balance that ifollow...

    Season Tickets

I hear you but you would have to phrase it correctly. All people would be able to buy at the early bird price, just some fans would have a credit owed to them towards their purchase due to the refund... I am realistic that the ST price needs to go up quite a chunk if we are going to compete...
