    Sisu, We Don't Believe You!

What happens if next week the announce the have purchased the land, would we still not believe them. At this moment in time Sisu have done everything they said they would, what makes you think they are bluffing this time? I think if the Council don't intervene then they will build it.

If Sisu built a new stadium between....

Why not build it in the city centre most of it is empty anyway, build it on the old Cov and Warwick Hospital all way across to the old post office sorting office etc it works for Cardiffs, Millennium Stadium. Seriously though imagine the business it would bring to the economy.

If Sisu built a new stadium between....

Good call but I think its already sold, but if CCFC did want to build within the city boundaries and the Council don't sell them the Ricoh (at market rate, not cheaply) then we should put pressure onto the council to allow them to do it. But the relationship has deteriorated so much that this is...

    Police up the City

POLICE: The West Orchards Shopping Centre car-park is currently closed due to a police incident. Police were called out at 10.20am to reports of a man who is threatening to jump off the roof of the building. Surrounding roads have been cordoned off by the police. Corporation Street is closed in...

    Ricoh Valuation.

The council in my opinion has had more than enough of a return for the £10 million investment, that being said I would guess that the Ricoh Arena on its own is not worth that much as a leasehold, the business (ACL) is worth £6.4 million according to what was in the paper (does this include the...

    Building Regulations

People cant even get planning permission to put a bike lane on Hearsall common, I reckon they should close Hearsall golf course and build on that HS2 is being built next to it so its going to be ruined anyway.

    Building Regulations

I don't have the knowledge but I hope someone will, if CCFC want to build a new stadium inside the city boundaries on a piece of land they have bought legally and all the correct procedures are followed what right (in law) does the council have to refuse permission? What if Sisu bought the...

If a new stadium is to be built and that's a big 'IF' then I would like to see a two tiered stadium similiar to MK Dons but I would prefer a square design not a bowl (old fashioined type). It would be 32,000 stadium but only the lower tier would be open to start with. The away fans would be in a...

If the fans owned the club....

The team needs to play in Coventry, in the 80's and 90's I didn't give a monkeys who the owner was all I cared about was the players, the manager, and the team we were going to playing next. I miss those days. I think fan ownership is a non starter, lets be honest the majority of the time we...

    Ann lucas

But what is she (Ann Lucus) willing to do to achieve that statement, the Council hold all the cards. Sisu have said quite clearly that they won't enter a rental agreement again so that leaves one option the council need to sell the Freehold. What I would like to see happen is the council agree...

What lesson will SISU learn from yesterday ?

Tim Fisher I agree with but Steve Waggott has been doing an outstanding job. He is the one who is responsible in bringing in the signings that we have.
