How much do you suppose it would cost to expand a stadium from 15k to 25k? And upgrade it to 25k at what point? 15k is far too small for us in the championship. So it would have to be expanded upon promotion from league 1. Where would the money come from for that?

You build a stadium to your realistic potential, not temporary circumstances. We were relegated from the championship (at that point our worst season in nearly 50 years) with an average attendance of over 15k. If we have any ambition whatsoever then any new stadium needs to be 23k+.
