If we intend to invest the time into Bassette, it would make sense to accept the offer however, if both him and Lati go we will need a cb, rb, cm and a forward of some sort in January. Seems like an awful lot to do.

Would have to agree with this strategy. I’d love us to focus on signing either a very good cm or cb that will improve us next season. Feel like that would help bring out the best in our current players.

I’d be disappointed to see him go. Young, versatile and is seemingly asked to play in a different role week to week. If he does go, we’d need a cb and a rb to replace him. I don’t know if the plan is for Burroughs to be the back up rb. If not, I think it leaves us too much to do in January...
