    Barton was injured.

Wood was incredibly slow at getting over to cover. And he was turned inside-out by Donaldson for the goal, not Haynes-I thought Haynes did brilliantly to get a touch and almost prevent a goal, actually.

It's also often due to the copyright holder's wanting to cash in before that copyright expires (50 years for a lot of things). Hence the terrible Beatlesploitation of the past decade.

Ashbyjan or anyone from the Sky Blue Trust....

Really? I don't recall anybody saying that on here? You been taking the yellow pills instead of the blue ones again?

    RATINGS v Brentford

The goal was largely Wood's fault and he almost cost us another one when he was outpaced, leading to Murphy being lobbed. He did other good things in the game, but to say that we only got a point because of him is pushing it given how culpable he was when it really mattered.

Starting to really hate a number of City Fans

If I left my seat to go and "deal with" some brain-dead knob every time one of them in my block shouted abuse, I would see no football whatsoever! Ridiculous suggestion.

Luton manager at the Ricoh ?

I don't really want Pressley fired, but I'd be happy if we'd hired John Still. Dagenham should never have been anywhere near the FL with their fanbase and budget. And boy can he spot a talent-Craig Mackail-Smith is another one, he was at our old mates Arlesey when he signed him for The Daggers...

    Yesterday's attendance

Spotted that, there was a massive gap on the right where it's normally packed. Maybe they were all elsewhere in the stadium letting off balloons? ;)

Luton manager at the Ricoh ?

Seems a bit..unlikely? Their game went ahead yesterday. They lost 5-1. If it's correct that the manager wasn't present, that's not going to look very good to the fans, even if they can't make the playoffs! Imagine if Pressley had been watching another match during the Walsall game, we'd not be...

And then there's Jordan Clarke as No.2... Malaga: Quest-ce tu voudrais? JC: Well, I is gonna go down Nando's wid me boys.. Malaga: Pardon? JC: Yeah, then later, maybees play sum PS3, feed the cat... Malaga: Le chat? Mais, tu est un joueur de foot, non? JC: Eee aint been too well lately, keeps...

Although PWKH makes a good No.6... PWKH: What do you want!? No.2: The Ricoh. PWKH: You won't get it! No.2: By hook or by crook, we will! Anybody who has seen the last episode of The Prisoner will also agree that things are ending uncannily similarly for SISU...in fact, I think the last two...

Well, it works on several levels ;) Not to mention that aside from being squad No.6, it creates the mental image of him actually being imprisoned on a mysterious island somewhere as punishment for his poor English. It would have worked if he wasn't squad No.6!

Love it, James-we've almost got through as many "No.2's" as they did, although given Malaga's allegedly poor English, perhaps it should be "qui est nombre un?" That's probably not grammatically correct...I wouldn't last long in French football

Starting to really hate a number of City Fans

I don't give a crap about other fans, we're talking about supposed CCFC supporters here; a significant number of them are moron's who hurl unwarranted abuse. They don't support. Some of them seem to be only there to barrack the players.

Yet they sold out of programmes well before kick off, according to the programme office, as it was a "massive game"!

    The midfield from hell

Agree with a lot of that, but no way is Fleck fully match fit; any player who gets injured in pre-season or early season is playing catch up, and whilst Jennings has got gametime to catch up, Fleck never really has. His only real run of games came on the left, which isn't his best position, and...

    CCFC Ltd ?

Massive under achievement. Do you know which manager has the best record of the many to have worked at Blackburn Rovers this season? Steve Keen. Funny old game, innit?
