    i thought that the part that was in admin, at this moment in time - does not 'own' the players and therefore the administrator would not therefore be able to sell any of them

    How does anyone, apart from HMRC, the employee, and employer know how much an individual on an individual contract is paid? excuse my ignorance but is it published somewhere broken down in detail. if it is I would dare say that it would contravene data protection.

    have to agree - would not want to catch train then bus/walk to St Andrews through fear of who or what was waiting for me around the corner I do not think there is a lot of 'rivalry' between the two clubs, ( as we both hate the Vile), but there will be some that see this as invading their turf...

    I reckon it will not even start to be heard - SISU probably havnt filed the court paperwork, blaming some backroom staff- will request an adjournment and we still wont be any clearer about what is happening Friday evening. is DAN going - perhaps he might phone up BBC c/w and rant on about SISU...

    just had a look on the companies court winding up list ,for no particular reason, and note that Accrington Stanley and Southend Utd on on the list - no legal expert but does this mean they are in the crap aswell???

    not so sure ACL know the rules of the 4th Thurs in March - is this statement is verbatim then they think if it's "done by the end of this season" - its needs to be done on the day of the hearing or within the week after
