Ask yourself what position he plays.. then ask yourself how competent he is in that position.... if he was a winger I may accept there is some potential but he is a full back, a defender and he can not defend. Therefore I want him nowhere near the team in that position and, as he isn't good...

Almost agree but Jones wasn't an 8. He should have scored and often tries to beat 11 men rather than pass. His assist was good but many crosses during the game were good just nobody appeared willing to get in the box.
