I agree about Haynes who's done well in the forward positions but then you lose the transition form 4141 to a attacking 433. And he's opted to have a holding midfielder in foley as rose and Reilly haven't done that to isolate goals like Oldham's 3rd.

He's being used as a ball carrier, other than Haynes we have no one.

Yes... it's possible lol. 4141 is a fair formation to start off with tho, has the ability to switch into 433 on the counter with both Thomas's punching forwards to support Tudgay I applaud the team selection

I think in all fairness we've set up 4141. Foley can play a holding role and RS don't trust anyone else to do it. Reid has been dropped and this team has no ball carrier with pace so he's used K Thomas in that role.

John Eustace is a non starter for me along with Ricketts. Eustace has only been manager of Kidderminster barely a year. Andy Morrell on the other has done a respectable job at Tamworth the last few years. It's a big step up tho currently from national league north.

It's a good question, whys he still here? He would of had a playing contract and as soon as he said I'm retired that would be void. So he's not a over paid ball boy that helps in the warm ups before games, surely he's not even on the payroll now. Ask yourself why he's here......

In the current state your right, but I'm sure a few would be excepting of it if was winning games. (...I'm talking next season now ) It will be very tough to play proper neat tidy football on the deck come December January February next season at some grounds.
