I dont understand your point here? SISU owe rent, the council have listened to a company that is doing right by Coventry the City, they have supported that by loaning money....why shouldnt SISU pay what they owe and AGREED to, then negotiate a reduction. What has the council done wrong?

It means without the threat of ACL going bust, they can legaly demand the over due rent. If SISU refuse to pay they can force us into Administration.....SISU have had there bluff called!
