It was worth every penny of the £838 for 2 tickets at Heaton Park last Sunday. I was slightly unsure whether the tickets from Viagogo would work but Plan B was to just go and join the rest of them on Gallagher Hill or whatever the nearest place was called.
Memories that I'll take to the end of...
Rugby Borough have been doing great in recent years and it's great to see a local-ish team doing this. However there isn't a cat in hells chance they are paying players anything close to that.
Small for a centre half. From an untrained eye, possibly the best chance of making it might mean pushing out to left back. Seems like he's excellent on the ball.
That raw numbers look good but does that take into account clubs that hit their max and have a waiting list. I'm sure I read Birmingham fans saying they had about 2 million on a waiting list, for example. Derby, Ipswich and Norwich might have hit their max?
Good stuff. Interesting about the parking, I'm still undecided but I'm now edging towards parking by Victoria tram stop in Manchester and taking the risk on getting the tram back, or just accepting it's an hour walk back after.
I hope they do stay up and stay in the Prem. They make the Prem much more palatable than the likes of Burnley, Sheffield Utd, Brentford, Fulham etc.
A proper derby to watch against Newcastle twice a year.
I've bought 2 tickets from Viagogo. They have the buyer guarantee as standard so if I have been scammed then at least I get my money back while having a little cry.
