    As slowpole mentioned that World Cup window is an opportunity to patch it up enough to get through the season. That said, wouldn’t surprise me with wasps financial position they have booked the international drag car racing on the pitch for that month!

    Yep I’m expecting it to be on. However, new turf if re laid in patches (if that’s what they have done?) takes around 2-3 weeks to knit so I expect a pitch in mid January condition!

    I really think there will be a very good player in Eccles but he seems to play within himself and needs to toughen up if he’s going to make decent living out the game.

    I doubt robins will be too bothered about this. Nice to progress but with the fixture congestion before the World Cup and us already a game behind I can’t see him losing that much sleep.

    It was ‘ok’ up until last weekend. The club only access to the stadium on Friday mate.
