One last try on this. Here's the pictures I posted back in April. At the crucial moment (pics 3 &4), Haji stuck his leg out and under the inflexible rules (that give zero leeway to the attacker) he was offside. If you want to spend the rest of your life disbelieving it, that's up to you.

He didn't though, his potential was clear and we signed him. People see a couple of poor touches or misunderstandings with teammates, declare that somebody is useless, keep the blinkers on and completely ignore their attributes. And it's still happening with some very good players now 🤷‍♂️

People constantly criticising his stamina. He's still quite new to English football, he missed most of pre-season with an injury, and hasn't had a decent run of games yet. Far too soon to assume he can't be a contributor over 90 minutes.

So many accusations lately that the players haven't been putting in the effort for the manager this season but tbh I haven't seen that at any stage. Things just haven't clicked, that's all. Such depressing overreactions on here to a run of poor results. We've only been properly outplayed once...
