    How is Aled Williams employed?

There is certainly a Burge Mk II vibe about him.

Match Thread Portsmouth FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 21st Dec

Yeah, a couple of blokes arguing and nearly coming to blows in front of us. A day to forget. At least the journey down and back was easy enough with no hold ups.

Nope. And it was worse than booing, the abuse was OTT and uncalled for. Shameful.

Maybe so. But that's not his fault. The defence is a unit. The four in front of him are woeful, which certainly doesn't help matters.

    Season over already?

While that may be true I find it annoying that "talents" like Sheaf get away with almost zero criticism. He's not much better than a L1 player either at the moment. No fight, no heart, no leadership. He never will be dropped, but he should be.

Match Thread Portsmouth FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 21st Dec

Been back ten minutes so not seen any highlights. First goal was opposite end so couldn't see what happened. Second goal was an obvious error from Da Silva. Marking for the third was atrocious and I actually felt for the fourth as Collins tried his best to keep it out. A bit out of order to...

    Plymouth Boxing Day

Big crowd, high expectation. Forgotten how many times that has happened over the last 20 years. The first time I remember it was Hull at home in 2005. Crewe too. Hopefully, the team won't fold under the pressure of the large crowd and expectation. We really should be beating teams like...

Binks needs to realise that the object of football is not to kick it as hard as you can out of play. He's not the answer.

Collins was OK. A couple of good saves in the second half. Distribution was poor still and he has no urgency then he has the ball. Dasilva was OK Binks was poor again. What has Kitching got to do to be in front of Binks?! Thomas was pretty good van Ewijk had his best game for a while. His...

    Palmer fee.

I was really confused when the whole ground basically started clapping. Didn't know what was going on. Someone who'd died? One of ours going off? Fuck me. Clapping an opposition player. Fucking embarrassing during a game we are trying to win.

We would have been better off with Robins

Haha. "We lost but we would have lost worse under Robins!" Brilliant.

    Players Don't Care

Because he plays every game, we do not have someone who can come in and give him a rest or replace him if he's playing poorly, which he is.

Yes, as soon as Robins was sacked, I feared the same.

Not long back. Bit rubbish really, wasn't it? Not sure who comes out with any credit from that. Shame Torp headed the ball when Rudoni was right behind him but obviously from our end we couldn't tell is Rudoni had shouted or not. Could you see that on the tele? Nice of our defence to do its...

We would have been better off with Robins

I definitely didn't want Robins out but you can't blame Lampard for this. He has a real job on his hands.
