Brian Clough and Bill Shankley were great motivators. They bigged their players up by constantly telling them they were the best. Sadly, all I hear from MR before a game is how good the opposition are.
We are generally far too slow at getting the ball to the strikers. Midfield always have one extra touch too many and then have too go back to reset. If the full backs have advanced forward they are left badly out of position.
