Agreed. It's so easy and weak willed to sit on the fence and only ridicule other people's opinions, whilst offering none of your own. As you say-the cowards way out.

Agreed. To be honest i'm fed up with ACL/AEHT seemingly kowtowing to SISU, and trying to accommodate them. Surely as SISU are the party who want something from this (ie the Ricoh), they should be the ones ingratiating themselves to ACL/AEHT/the fans. Unless we see goodwill and movement from...

Maybe i'm wrong, but i really don't think the charity would be taking this to court on a verbal agreement (unless they've recorded/videoed the meeting lol)

Call me old fashioned, but i don't think withholding contractually agreed money from the AEHiggsTrust charity for 2 years, and then counter-suing them, is a good way to start negotiations and show 'good intentions'.

Care to share your source for the veto ? Pretty sure PWKH has stated that no veto was ever used...sisu walked away from a preliminary agreement with the charity and never came back-they still owe the charity for the legal fees incurred.
