Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

But surely as they offer their services to only one club/company, they must be employed. They are allowed paternity leave (though i don't know of any who have take it), are paid when sick/injured and have money deducted and paid into their pension pots. Like Wingy says, their image rights are a...

Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

Aren't footballers just employees of the club they are contacted to ? As an example, most of us saw John Arne Riise's payslip online a few years ago, showing employee number and PAYE deductions-very interesting http://metro.co.uk/2007/10/31/liverpool-star-fumes-as-payslip-turns-up-on-web-419011/

Coventry pay to resurface Sixfields pitch as waggot predicts us playing there

You're saying that the bomb squad players were self employed ?

    James Maddison

Except Graziano Pelle (undisclosed but believed to be £9m) and Dusan tadic (£10.9m) ;)

    Baker to Barnsley

Not a bad bet, if he stays injury free. His goal scoring stats are amazing for a defender.

    Michael Higdon

Looks an ideal player for us, but sadly he appears to be under contract, and he probably earns more that we can currently afford, playing in Div 3 and with the tiny attendances in Northampton. If we were at the Ricoh though....maybe, just maybe.

    Appeal Decision?

Corrected that for you. SISU only do thing for the benefit of SISU - not ccfc and certainly not the fans.

Open letter from Joy and Tim

If only it were that easy

    What will happen?

Joy is the only one with the power to return the club to Coventry. IMHO, she just doesn't like losing (the JR + ricoh arena battle), and thinks therefore, the fans should suffer some more.

Football league to consider outstanding debt sisu owe acl

At the moment, liquidation would be a crazy move for SISU, however the threat of liquidation is still quite powerful, and is clearly seen by SISU as a valid weapon to use (as has already happened on at least 2 occasions in the past). However, when they have exhausted all other legal avenues, I...

    JR Decision Appeal ?

They 'won' nothing-they were just allowed to have a JR hearing with barristers. Seems the judge who originally denied a full JR was right though eh ?

Well said Richard Keogh - respect

You know, but conveniently forget to mention that instead of paying dividends, ACL were over-paying the loan, which is good business. Also, have ACL ever made a loss ? See how easily things can be misconstrued and twisted ?
