    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

To be honest he is a unknown quantity to many of us but I’ve got him as a forward thinking player with good vision and great technical ability for this level. He’s not got the legs of JJ but not known for his pace more a cleaver pass to unlock a defence or picking the top/bottom corner with a...

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

Be frightening in L2, in L1 it would certainly be a great starting point. Andreu’s vision for JCH and McNulty could be the secret to many problems we’ve seen this year. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I’ve just seen a pic from the Crewe main stand and your correct, empty seats at each end. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Angry Kevin Nolan

Nolan can question the added time but the penalty is there to see for me. Ref was perfectly sighted too. Result was the right one for us so I’m happy. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

Hopefully it’s our call, and no terms like promotion to L1 are needed to conclude the deal just in case.... There was talk of a good size fee was paid to secure the loan as Rotherham wanted to sell Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

I was disappointed we didn't get the signature of Marc Richards who's scoring for fun at Swindon but what a signing JCH has been. Shipley played him the sort of ball he thrives on and scored a goal that should be credited to him. JCH really could be unplayable in this league and as he got...

Agree with both here. Had a difficult night Tuesday to deal with two top L2 strikers in Collins and Hylton but did very well and was my MOTM and again yesterday with the physical and mobile Bowery who gave him something to think about. Back to his early season form tho and looked solid...

Match Thread Coventry City at Crewe Alexandra Match Thread - Saturday 17th Mar

Yes that does bring its own issues but it seemed like there was too many fans in the side stand to when I've previously been. Didn't impact me but as I was stood on the end of a block it was very populated from top to bottom. I was surprised we wasn't given the stand behind the goal like...

Match Thread Coventry City at Crewe Alexandra Match Thread - Saturday 17th Mar

Another enjoyable day out at Crewe, fans were as usual we're great and created a good atmosphere in freezing conditions. Not sure if Crewe made a mess of the tickets or what but people were stood in the packed aisles watching, last time we had behind the goal and would of been sensible to of...

    Next 3 games

I'd definitely take a point right now. That would be 8 pts from the last 4 games and a good points return

... a lovely worry to have! Nah I don't think he's taken his eye off the ball here. He's agent will be looking after the future which is bright but I feel he's in need of a rest. Time for Peter Vincenti to come back in if fit.

Match Thread Coventry City v Luton Match Thread Tuesday 13th March

He's clearly filling a gap of the right wing that's been a issue to plug but I agree he's not looked the same player lately and needs a rest. Twice Saturday he had the option to shoot first time, and he didn't. Little things like that are coming into his game so needs the break from the 1st...

Player of the season so far

Personally I'm struggling for one name who really stands out for player of the season. McNulty is obviously a hot favourite but I need more goals on the run in to cement that spot. Doyle has to be mentioned for how important he is to the starting 11. JJ and Davies if played more games would...

Match Thread Coventry City v Luton Match Thread Tuesday 13th March

Totally agree on this, and more so tonight it's a real issue. Bayliss to me looks like he needs a break. His decision making Saturday was of a player in need of a rest. If Vincenti is fit tonight he has to play for me and pick out JCH or McNulty with some nice slipped through passes or cross...

Player of the season so far

I was surprised to see him wearing one still to be honest. Never had the injury but I assume he'd not need it at this stage. Unless he's had a set back.

Had his arm in a sling yesterday so might be a few weeks away. Such a shame he got that injury when he did, was a rock at the back.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Barnet Match Thread - Saturday 10th Mar

Quite a sobering thought when you look at the table and see 2 sides who were relegated last year with us fighting against back to back relegations. I doubt many had Port Vale down in the position they find themselves in last summer.
