Thomas was awful last night . He gets slack on here because he makes last ditch blocks and tackles . Problem is he makes them because he has been pulled out of position or hasn't reacted quick enough to a situation.

Didn't understand the Postecoglu style high line at all . Across our whole defence we have a lack of proper pace , even MvE looks to have lost half a yard recently . Only real plusses were Dovin who kept it respectable . Simms didn't hide after his mistake for the first goal and looked a threat...

Not writing him off at all , just hope for all sides he gets the chance to be a success but it is looking unlikely at the moment given the squad and system we play

Absolutely, he's been a big part of sides that have played that have made a playoff final and a fa cup semi final and finished top 10 in the league back to back . But yeah he's league one standard
