    Disgraceful and disrespectful

Nothing will happen when we play Sunderland, just like the last 3 times we've played them.

I think these things appear more prevalent because they are fresh in the memory. I mentioned 15 years ago, but same applies to 5 years ago or 20, no real difference. Around 15 years ago or so remember going to QPR and it being far worse than yesterday. Some revenge trip as they had caused grief...

    Disgraceful and disrespectful

Condemn the arseholes yesterday of course, but not buying this hand-wringing that it is 'every week' or that it's getting worse. Is it? Only missed a couple of away games and yet yesterday was the 1st time I've seen anything approaching genuine trouble. Saw more last season. You get obnoxious...

    Positives from yesterday

I usually try to stay off this forum and social media after a bad defeat, but got sucked in when I saw we were trending on twitter. Ruined my day that. One of those nights where I couldn't sleep. Just kept playing out the imaginary scenes where Gyok levelled it rather than hit the post and we...

    WBA (Away)

Yep, all dayer on the SBA and we all went to Granada Studios. The Rovers Return was rocking. One of my favourite ever away days. Wegerle last minute equaliser and scenes outside.

Officially Dhillons is homes fans only. They tolerate a few away fans but will 100% turn away large numbers.

When draw was made I thought it'd be a shit turn out, but as game has got closer it is looking as though it might be decent. Will be a lot of youngsters. My lad came home from school today and said the whole year seems to be going, all paying on the gate too as can't buy kids tickets online...

Club are expecting over 15K apparently. With nearly 2k sold in corporate, total tickets sold already over 13K with sales tomorrow morning and a big walk up likely. Ironically, I think Singers Corner will be the most full it's been all season. It will sell out by tomorrow and unlike league game...

Completely at odds with what I was told, that corporate was busy (this was last week), and also anecdotally I know people going in there who don't usually. Of course there has been a surge in sales since the Bristol City game, that applies around the ground (you can clearly see that), and this...

That translates to almost nothing in terms of revenue though. Average ticket price of say £8, which is £6.66 less VAT; and we only get a 1/3 share. That amounts to £3300 which would barely cover the extra cost of policing and stewarding. No idea why people are so bothered about the...

Not it isn't, I know loads of ST holders going in hospitality as a one-off for this game because of the price.

This. Every single time I'm told there will 'loads in the home end', there is absolutely zero evidence of that at the game itself. Same applies when we sell out and tell the opposition we'll be all over their end. Absolute bollocks.

Bit harsh that. Crowds are ok, currently 8th highest out of 24 Championship clubs. FA Cup 3rd round crowds for Championship sides, unless they have a glamour tie, are usually shite tbf. That said, I don't think it will be too bad Saturday. Think there will be 10K+ home fans.

    Atmosphere

It was nowhere near that bad. It was flat at the end but decent at the start of the 2nd half and miles better than Bramall Lane the other day and just about every other ground in this league. It was also better than the Swansea game and possibly Albion too.

NEWS: Coventry City and EFL reach 'Agreed Decision' regarding postponements sanction

Plenty of time for a drop in pitch after concerts.

That's all in the budget though. These are anticipated gate receipts. This isn't extra revenue and if anything, the cat A game attendances are down on last season.

Because it is tinpot. The same applies to Stoke, Albion, Blues, Middlesbrough, Sunderland and many other clubs that are turning away money, it's about striking a balance between revenues and not giving visiting teams a competitive advantage. If it was that much of a no-brainer pretty much every...

While I acknowledge segregation is excessive, why are people so keen to give massive allocations? 4000 is plenty. We're not MK Dons. There are clubs in this league with half empty stadiums that don't give more that 2K because they don't have to and don't want to. We'll get 2.5K at WBA and there...

    That’s on Robins

Big fan of Robins, but that was on him today. Jamie Allen and O'Hare were treading water at 65 minutes. Thing we needed most once they got the 1st goal was energy, we needed to step up the pitch and try to win a few 2nd balls, but we just couldn't get near them. Gutted tbh, but trying not to...
