It might be a knee jerk reaction, but “ that man , “ that’s missing from the center of our midfield, a leader is needed & urgently. So surely Doug , a change of policy is required , to obtain a real gem or 2 …. Even if it is just a loan ?

On a free & a player that arguably should have come here years ago . His age will ultimately be a put off for most , but he is experienced at this level , a good finisher above all else & being a Cov kid , just might be a very cheap gem to add to our squad ?
