Did the agreement to sell the Higgs share to CCFC end when CCFC LTD went into liquidation? Therefore there is no agreement with Otium therefore can't see why they can't make a new bid under Otium.

TBH I can't see this being voted through and definately not IF SISU had made a counter offer. The only way forward is to get in touch with the city councillors demand more transparency. btw I agree with most of what you have said.
