Surely 3 years of investigation suggests it's not a clear cut "guilty" case or he'd of been charged earlier? I don't know if he's done it or not, but you can't condemn someone until they've been found guilty. Multiple allegations isn't a good sign, but you can't rule out false accusations.

In a way, it's good they've pleaded not guilty. Adds to the sentence, especially when a Police Officer is assaulted. Not sure what they were hoping CCTV proves though, unless they're clinging onto the Victim card.
