I've been doing the Rugby Parkrun for a year now. I've also done the Daventry one and the Dolgellau one. They're great for improving your fitness and racing against yourself. Still to go below 26 minutes though.....

Such sad news, I'm in shock. A great footballer and a true Gentleman. His goal against Sheffield Wednesday in the 87 FA Cup QF summed him up. Great pace and a great finish. RIP Cyrille. You will be missed.
