Many cities have this problem. Even the best one's. Talking about homeless, I work in Cambridge and they have a fair share of homeless people more than Coventry and its still a great city to live in though expensive like London.

Surely the people of Coventry do with the criticism we have been taking from people of other cities around the country. Might be great for the city.
