Farage was always going to boost the numbers- no other programme has moved at all but lots are tuning in to see his show, I think we all know what type of person 😁

not at all- there are fuckups galore at CCFC right now, however that does not mean there is “something going on”, it means they’ve messed up the move back or something equally as daft. They’ve made mistakes. It’s not as if we’ve ever been a well oiled machine, is it.

not even sure it’s that deep- people can’t be arsed yet. Barnsley are not exactly a shiny new name to go to. It’s not just us, nobody saw crowds much bigger than they would have been without the covid break. Probably just late summer apathy.

i think a lot is hype as well, it’s just another season. There was never going to be this huge tidal wave of people desperate to go to a football match over & above those who would have gone anyway.

there are no barriers to sale, just like Forest it will largely be last minute

we had that at the weekend, people saying “it’s huge, 18 months since the last game” but crowds were piss poor across the board except Sheff Utd
