He has very occasionally switched to 4 at the back, taking Fadz off (usually when desperately chasing a game) but I can’t remember the last time he started with a back 4. Possibly in league 2? When it comes to phasing Fadz out (or resting him) it will almost certainly be Lati, Thomas and Binks...

I don’t think so. Longer term, my guess would be Thomas or Lati (once Fadz, Kelly and Gus are no longer in the picture). Sheaf always seems more happy to be in the background, doesn’t seem the sort to push himself front & centre. That doesn’t take away from him being a superb player though...
