    A question needing answers

Why did the Administrator recommend Otium as the preferred bidder when records show it is breaking the law in respect of the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 - a criminal offence and against Football Leage rules ? Otium has not applied for dormant status and is still listed as active with a...

Companies Act Section 441 and 551

If the allegations turn out to be fact ie, that Otium, CCFC Ltd, CCFC H Ltd and SBS & L Ltd are in breach of the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 (I understand a criminal offence) and a breach of Football League rules, did the Administrator mention this in his findings to the appropriate...

Is it still down to the Administrator ?

Being as we are still in Administration and ACL say the club can play at the Ricoh for free whilst in Administration, surely it's up to the Administrator where we play, not Fisher's lot ? If ACL challenge this we could be in Admin for sometime.

    ACL is being very quiet

I can't believe for one moment that ACL is doing nothing -- something must be going on behind the scenes. Problem is, we can can guess ! One thing is certain, they are not just going to sit there and do nowt. A statement said the Board of ACL was meeting to discuss the situation. Just...

Further 10 point reduction etc. Would you ....

Hope this never happens but if this drags out would you accept a further 10 point (or more) deduction and possible relegation to Div 2 if it finally meant getting rid of SISU ?

    A petition to ACL ?

Should we petition ACL now to do a deal with SISU that will keep CCFC Ltd at the Ricoh ? Makes sense to me that if there is a deal, and CCFC Ltd stays at the Ricoh, the more likely it is that SISU will sell. Just a thought, not an opinion.

What can we do next to keep CCFC Ltd at the Ricoh ?

The Football League are likely to ratify the Administrator's decision and give SISU the go ahead. If they do this, what can we do next ? 1. Make every effort (don't know how!) to get ACL and SISU to agree a deal to keep CCFC Ltd at the Ricoh ? Any suggestions how we might bring this about ...

    ACL isn't letting this drop

According to CWR, ACL has not yet given up. I understand they are contacting the Football League and taking advice. We shouldn't give up either. Any ideas what ACL might now do ?

If ACL is genuinely concerned about us, the supporters

Should ACL and the Council accept we are stuck with SISU I suggest they get their backsides into gear and do a deal with SISU for next season or longer to play at the Ricoh. This would give time for the dust to settle and either allow time for further long term negotiations or for another party...

Not all over yet... our job now is to...

The Football League still has the final say... we could now make every effort to persuade them NOT to approve SISU - up to us. Is it worth the effort ?

    What I think will happen...

Byng will be the preferred bidder and be granted the Golden Share. SISU will kick off, but Byng will buy out Holdings (they could do this out of the small change in their back pocket). That will then leave the way for Byng to eventually buy the Ricoh and regenerate the West Midlands, starting...

FAO Tim Fisher and all at SISU

You have taken away our identity, lost the backing of the life blood of the club (i.e., supporters), you have destroyed our club --- and you still us to expect us to believe in your !"ision" ? No way, Hosea -- sod off ! SISU OUT

Football League meets tomorrow (Wednesday 5 th)

I know loads of us have emailed the Football League expressing our concerns and got the "standard reply" about the Golden Share being with CCFC Ltd when it went into Administration. What's the betting any decision will be postponed until they get Paul Appleton's report ? In any event, lets...

    Joy Seppella

Joy reckons she put £45 million into the club ? Hold on a moment, CCFC Ltd is a "non-trading" company so how could she ? More like she put £45 million into Coventry City (Holdings) Limited ?

Questions to Timmy at the Formums

    1. How is it that a "non trading" Company (CCFC Ltd) has debts of £70 million pounds if it not trading ? 2. How is it that a "non trading" Company (CCFC Ltd) is registered for VAT ? 3. If SISU made loans to a "non trading" Company (CCFC Ltd) it indicates CCFC Ltd is in fact trading. 4. How...

What do we know so far ?
