    Why no new c e o yet ?

Could it be because negotiations are still taking place with Hoffman or are they having difficulty daft enough to take the job ? No applicant in their right mind would take the job knowing Hoffman is trying to buy the club ?

We need a leader with clout to unite behind

We are a bit like moths round a light bulb at the moment with no apparent leader. It seems to me that we should all regroup and unite behind Gary Hoffman and support his efforts to buy ccfc. The Trust, the Jimmy Hill Way are doing their bit but lack the clout to really have a serious attempt...

Supporting CCFC has cost me about £85,000

Taking the £ at today's value, in 65 years home games have cost me about £30,000 and going to away games £65,000. That's nearly £100,000. The above includes cost of tickets, travel, programmes and replica kits etc. £85,000 is a conservative amount Not forking out any more !

How do we rid ourselves of SISU?

Petitions haven't worked, protesting is not working, low attendances aren't working, season ticket boycott doesn't seem to bother them, the Football League does nothing, bad national press doesn't bother them. I haven't a clue what will get rid of them, but non of above apparently won't...

    Why won't SISU invest ?

Instead of asking supporters to "invest" by purchasing Season Tickets at this year's prices (some increased too ! ) why won't SISU invest reciprocally? It angers me that supporters are being asked to pay for historical mistakes made by SISU. Their mistakes - they pay for them.

    A sniff of success ...

Some advice to SISU from someone who has supported CCFC since 1952. You have seen at first hand that given a sniff of success, the support is there. You first saw it when we returned to the Ricoh from Northampton v Gillingham and again at Wembley last Sunday. You must be extremely short...

    George Curtis

What has happened to George Curtis ? Surprised he wasn't there on Sunday. We never seem to hear about him in recent years.

    43,000 reasons to invest!

Anyone? Surely someone? 43,000 ? The Ricoh ain't big enough. You can't compare gates to when we were in the Premiership, times have changed. More money, star players - just kidding about the Ricoh not being big enough by the way. Look at Lesturd - 32,000 week in week out since they got...

Butts Park Arena - put up or shut up !

Absolutely ! In my opinion this will never happen. Any plans to accept a stadium holding only 12,000 without being able to increase to 25,000 would show a serious lack of ambition by SISU. Anyway, I do not believe this will ever happen and my opinion it's just another ploy to delay and further...

    Smokescreen

I have to admit I was nearly convinced by Tim Fisher - until I looked back! A bit like Pavlov's Dogs, I am so used now to statements made in the past not coming to fruition that I am reluctant to believe a word he now says. He always comes across as being sincere, appearing to be a past master...

Last time we we're in Division Four, now Three:

1958/59. We finished second behind Port Vale and we're promoted. Other teams in that division we're - Southport. Barrow. Aldershot. Oldham. Gateshead. Hartlepool. Crews. Workington. Darlington. Watford. Bradford Park Avenue. Chester. Torquay. Gillingham. Carlisle. Milwall. Northampton. Crystal...

    Sisu Rovers f. C.

No longer does this shower deserve to use the name Coventry City F. C. Change the name now because they arer no longer recognized as the club I have supported for 65 years. They have taken us back 60 years when we last in Division Four (now called Division Three).

    Glory Hunters?

So, 40,000 want to go to Wembley- does this make 30,000 glory hunters who no longer watch the Sky Blues ? No ! Many of those so called glory hunters are long standing supporters who have just given up. Can you blame them ? Many have paid thousands of pounds over a great many years supporting...

Hung by his own words !

Slade claims most of his players are Division One standard and some even Championship standard. This being so, our performances have to be down to the manager's inability to create a winning team and a lack of tactical awareness. There can be no other reason.

    Anyone else had enough?

Battered and bruised by SISU'S actions which have destroyed my club. For the first time since my first visit in 1952 I've had enough. Out for the count, or at least until SISU have gone. I won't be watching or going again, cheers Tim, well done!

    Points deduction

I am fearful that if the FL imposes a points deduction, not only will it seal our fate, but lead to continual pitch invasions and maybe violence for the rest of the season.

    Lack of ambition.

Whilst appointing Russell Slade seems the ideal short term solution, it clearly once again shows the owner's lack of ambition. This short sighted appointment means that no investment once again seems to be the priority. The club will continue to be run on a shoe string budget of loan signings...

    Blackmail ?

Tim Fisher's threat to cut the squad if we don't put money into the coffers to fund CCFC. Well, Timothy, put a product in front of us that we want to buy, and we will. Bit like a shop selling inferior products saying they won't invest unless we buy their inferior products! In my opinion, the...

    Simples !

Falling fans = falling revenue. Increasing fans = increasing revenue. Basic commercial common sense, Mr. Timothy Fisher ! Fans = revenue. Over and out till SISU have gone.

    Dear Tim ....

Speculate to Accumulate! I ran a Limited Company successfully for 30 years knowing that in order to generate profit meant speculating. Tim's philosophy or business model is to work within cash-flow ensuring that income exceeded expenditure without foresight or investment as to future success...
