This is basically what I’m saying. The game has evolved for sure but we are missing this. We’re far too nice.

I played Sunday league for just over 20 years. We always had one and most teams we fought against for titles had one.

Id like a central midfielder who is a bit of a prick, rolls his sleeves up and gives as good as he gets. We don’t have one.
