    The meetings with PRU are WASPs sorting out a deal to either not be relegated or be in Championship. Also to keep the P Shares A purchaser of ACl may want P shares as part of keeping WASPS at Arena

    He means an uncontrolled Admin with no agreed terms and buyers. CCCs biggest nightmare which is why they have dragged the Bondholders along so long.
