Then why give him a 3 year contract? As I said previously, certainly reads like Rosenior had little or no say over the January recruitment too, rarely a recipe for success.

I wonder how much input he had over that January recruitment. Whilst no doubt they signed some good individuals on paper, there never seemed much of a plan on how they would actually work within the solid foundations he'd already built.

Really is great to see the young talent from the Championship excelling at Palace. Eze, Olise, Wharton etc. Far too few bigger' clubs that even consider that market, missing a trick.
