    I thing the RFU have various ways of removing the P Shares and they most certainly wont let him keep them The one question that has not been resolved is - if the RFU take them back is that a sale? They use the word "seized" The Bondholders only get the "sale proceeds"

    I think the non transferability (?) relates to the tenant not being able to transfer the licence to someone else The transfer of a lease that has licences attached does not affect the position of the tenant The landlord need only have issued a notice of change to the tenant

    I do not understand this Directors sign as officers of the Company - and any agreement is with the Company not the Owners or Directors So any changes to either of those does nothing to invalidate an agreement with the Company
