    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

Exactly the point I was trying to make. The squad we finished the season with (including Gyo and Sheaf) still seemed 5 short if we were to improve

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

I'm not sure lads but wasnt the season-end consensus that we needed a minimum of 6 additions to improve the squad? The only `new' 1st team signings since are Waghorn and Moore so I can see the argument that we're short.

    European championships 2020 thread

Fox was saying in another tweet a couple of weeks ago how he now `hates all sport'. Him and Farage slam the door really hard on the way out to `Make A Point' then have to sheepishly creep back in cos they forgot their keys

England win Euros or Sky Blues get promoted to Premier League?

Thats the fella, I just felt more affinity cos he was supporting Peake, Downs and Bennett and living in Tile Hill. (Rather than Surrey and jumping on me when a Liverpool player scores!)

England win Euros or Sky Blues get promoted to Premier League?

Me and my old man used to go over this and it was City every single time. Obviously I want to win tomorrow but comparing how I feel now with before the Rotherham game is night and day! The shared experience of club football is far stronger for me than watching Chelsea and Man City players...

Transfer Rumour Viktor Gyokeres - Confirmed 3 Year Deal

I hope this works out. MR was picking Biamou on one leg over this guy earlier in the year

    21/22 Summer transfer mega-thread

If MR has been denied 1st choice targets like James and Paterson for sake of a few quid then we cant just stick our head in the sand and pretend it doesn't matter. If I'd been told in April that Sheaf/Viktor/Bright would be announced as 3 of first 5 summer signings i wouldn't be leaping around...

No your point was that articles on either side are usually biased which I agree the Telegraph and Guardian routinely prove. The difference being 90% of print media leans heavily to the right

    The big(ish) homecoming

This. We must be the most attendance-obsessed fans in the country (probably because since the '81 all-seater we've had poor gates compared to our `rivals')

    Gykores

Love the optimism and I hope it happens but in 137 years we've only dreamt of 4 forwards each aceing 10+ goals each

I hope he comes good but it was only the last couple of games where he looked anywhere near Most ratings on SBT for his overall season were around 6/10 from memory

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Correct but controlling the narrative isnt necessarily reflected in readership figures. Look at the Hancock story. Its unpalatable but if we dont want a one-party state they've got to at least try and get some of the papers onside. i dont want the Labour party effectively staying as just a...
