Actually, a few more miles does bother me. I stated to TF at last weeks forum that I will not renew my season ticket if we play home games outside of Cov. That still stands.
There may well be a massive apathy but is it worth mentioning? We don't report on the 35% of people who didn't vote in the last general election, so is there any point in mentioning those that are not that bothered about the club?
TF also stated last night that he would welcome representation from ACL and the Council at the forthcoming fans meetings. Although we all know that that won't happen.
I think that there is an element of truth in it, yes. However I also think that SISU are masters at brinkmanship and will quite happily let the clock run down whilst ACL squirm. No matter what ACL say I think that they need us at the stadium for it to remain a viable business. A lot of this...
One thing I forgot to mention, when asked TF didn't think that we'd be out of Admin, have the accounts filed and the transfer embargo lifted before the end of Jun.
They'll be bidding alright, if only to force ACL back round the table. Deep down I don't believe that SISU really have the desire to take us out of the city.
It may have already been mentioned, However TF stated that the deadline is now 7th Jun and not 14th. I think he was showing one of the attendees an email to confirm this as I was leaving.
He did mention lots of dates, etc, but tbh I'm not interested on what's gone on in the past, you can't change it, I'm more concerned about the future, which is what most of my questions were directed at.
