But saying top 6 is the minimum suggest that realistically we should do more. And closing a 31 point gap on the parachute payment teams isn't realistic in my opinion, not for Lampard, not for Robins, not for anyone managing City.

There's nothing wrong with what he said, he's merely pointing out why Hamer won't reach his ceiling. If he's happy doing what he's doing then fair enough but it will hold him back.
