True, but some businesses manage to keep friendly relations with those who have departed. Some even think it may be in their business interest so to do, something about not burning bridges unnecessarily.

It could be a positive. Let's assume that SISU's action has some validity - even though they appealed against the 10 point deduction "after taking extensive legal advice", only to drop the action 2 or 3 days later.... If so, the council may see some immediate benefit in unwinding the loan...

Funny how the passage of time can make things clearer. I was very critical of SISU over the way negotiations with ACL about the rent were handled. It seemed crazy to me that when they were locked into a legally binding contract and wanted the other party to amend the terms in their favour...
