    We're making around 900k from the deal, if we keep him for this season we make nothing. You have to think from a business sense. The rumoured £1 million fee could pay the wages of 3 or 4 new signings.

    What if Keogh doesn't want to sign a new contract? We keep him for a season and then let him go for free like we have done with so many players before. At least we'll get some money for him and £1 million is a good fee for a player on the last year of his contract.
