Feeling resigned...but not down and out!

People are still dying ffs. The season can’t be re-started, it’s football not life and death. Yes if it’s void it’s a kick in the teeth for us and a lot of others. But we will still be around to moan. Not like some.

Video Why & what made you a Coventry Supporter

Bedworth born, my dad thought it would be a good idea to take me to a game. Think it was 1963 V Millwall. Still haven’t worked out wether it was the best thing he ever did for me, or the worst. But whatever, I am now doing the same to my grandkids, roped 4 in up to now. Trouble is match day...

City's Hardest XI - Take No Prisoners

You won’t find any harder than George Curtis, Brian Hill and Detmar Brooke. Mind you Maurice Setters came close.

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Agree pal, I had the Asian flu 1974 think it was. I was still working in a factory then. I was young and fit but it completely wiped me out, I didn’t know you could be that ill. I have had colds and “man flu” many times since then. But I have never had flu and never want it again. Wouldn’t even...

    Indemnity question

Each to their own. I have a season ticket for St Andrews and attend a few select away games. I am an ex rugby player and love rugby. I will not watch wasps. My grandson was a flag bearer there against Gloucester all the family attended except me. I stayed home and watched Ipswich game on I...

    Sunderland game

Only us eh ;-))) sitting top of the league and still arguing;-))) I know I’m now an old git, but I still go through the emotions of watching my team. Up one minute down the next. Dabo the best player in the world, then the Pratt lets the winger go by without a challenge ( yes I have picked on...

    Telegraph

Local news papers all across the UK are virtually cheer leaders for the local football teams. They put a positive spin on virtually everything, and are bias towards “their team “ in all match reports. The telegraph these days seems to be the exception to the rule. It never used to be like this and...

Willis is better than all our 3 centre backs, and would be selected for every game if fit.

    Super Max

We all have our own opinions, thought that’s what this forum was all about. Put them 12 yards out with just the keeper to beat. If I had to put money on it I would go 1. Godden 2. Max 3. Baka Some will agree some not. Each surely entitled to an opinion. In the end it is only Robins opinion...

Nothing to keep us there anymore

Well I have been driving to all home games, and parking is garrison lane. But now the yobs have started damaging cars, I will have to have a rethink. I hate going to SA the drive there and home is a pain at best. So I can’t see me doing it again.
