I still think it was prompted by the impending sale to Wasps - possibly a joint bid bt CCFC and ACL to derail it. Am I right in thinking the ACL CEO moved on after Wasps took over?

I suspect that if it comes to the point where they have to fund the club or let it die, they will realise that the game is up, there is no value to be extracted, and they will let it die anyway.
Well I'm 73 and the pitch invasion gave me no concerns whatsoever apart fron being frustrated by the timing of it.
Admittedly I sit in B23 so don't know what was going on further along or what the atmosphere was there.
My initial reaction was that it was mostly kids jumping on the bandwagon of...
So people complain that we might be bringing in replacement loanees before we have appointed a new manager.
But what if they can't get a new manager in until late in the xfer window? We could end up with no new players.

I can tolerate the odd misplaced pass, or poor clearance - they are third division footballers for a reason - but I can not tolerate a player who will not challenge for any ball
