    Fabrice Muamba

It wasn't widely reported at all. Most people knew nothing about after it happened. A small bit by the media on tv and a very small article in the papers is all it got. But a tragic thing like this sends the media into overdrive. I'm not begruding his family at all, I hope he makes a full...

Don't you just hate hearing things like this

I doubt it will happen, but I really think this club needs a dramatic changes from the top down. Manager, coaches, players, owners; the lot! They've failed season on season to compete and this season looks as though it will cost us our spot in the Championship. Maybe a drop down wouldn't be a...

    Fabrice Muamba

I wish him all the best, but I've got to admit the media have really annoyed about this. It wasn't that long ago an entire team died (23 players/officials) in a plane crash and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. One bloke in football collapses and the media plaster it everywhere. Again, I wish him...

Premiership player wages now average around £1.5m. But wait!

I'm a bit behind on this, but when does the financial fair play rule kick in? I was under the impression it was meant to kick in at the start of this season but it clearly hasn't. I dare say it will start when the suits at the top have lined their pockets with enough gold first..

    SISU OUT! Protest Thread.

Argument? I'm not arguing with anyone. Forums are for opinions, whether you agree or not is fine. If you don't agree then ask why they think that's the case or ignore it, that simple. That doesn't mean i should have childish gestures thrown at me. I'm not upset by it at all, more important...

I don't like SISU anymore then you guys, but be realistic. There aren't going to just walk away from this. And if they did, then what? Oh, and don't use obscene gestures at me because you don't agree. Just shows how childish some fans can be.

Whatever mate. Bigger and better clubs have tried all this crap before. It doesn't work.

    SISU OUT! Protest Thread.

Press don't and won't care. We're not a big enough club. Only the local rags (evening telegraph) will care. We haven't won, or done enough to warrant a huge media circus which will have a lasting effect on the owners. A protest won't work, they'll just simply close the window and ignore it.

Think your wasting your time guys. They clearly don't care or want to hear you out. They only care about your wallets and what they can get out of them. Once that stops, they starts paying an interest in what you say.

Pardon my ignorance in this, but I don't quite get how this has gotten as far as it has. Don't get me wrong, any person allegedly giving someone any sort of abuse they deserve to be punished. What I don't get is why the police are getting involved. The amount of foul abuse and behaviour in...

    Millwall Disguting Chants

Sadly, football seems to attract scum. I dare say most of them are there just to make other peoples lives a misery. These are the sort of "fans" that need kicking out. Not saying Cov are blameless, all clubs have some fans that take it too far and use it as an excuse to kick off. Doubt anything...

Well, if you wanted to help but not sure cause it's too pricey, you could always pay to watch the game online? Here: http://www.coventryblaze.co.uk/livefeed_offair.php Each game costs £7.95 The club won't get all of the money (Clean cut sports take a cut), but least it's something...

    Coventry Blaze Need Your Support

What can they do? There a much smaller club compared to a football club. Football clubs deal with millions, hockey deals in thousands. Blaze have helped Coventry as a whole though. They've done charity events/games, donations, training for kids, academies, university deals, they've helped small...

They have been doing that on cup games, but can't anymore for reasons already said. It's rare games are on anything other then a Sunday night at 6. Don't think a lot CCFC fans bother with anything other then footy, or just don't know about it enough to know how good they are. but as I've said...

Get what you mean, sorry. The media never give it chance too grow. They never really report anything unless it's bad. When blaze won the grand slam, they had one page at the back about it and that's only because the writer is a hockey fan- they wouldn't do it otherwise. That was only evening...

Rugby is cheap because it couldn't really be in a worse league, CCFC are circling the toilet - yet still charge a arm and a leg?! I say the media is poor because it is. Hockey use to pull big crowds in this country, it even use to be shown live on the BBC. Here is an example of how bad the press...
