    December Stadium Deadline

In the PR battle what a lot of Cov fan's on here need to appreciate is how poorly informed the majority of the Coventry population are. Most believe everything is OK now we are back at the Ricoh, others genuinely believe WASPs are going to buy CCFC. The court cases, the Sixfields debacle...

    December Stadium Deadline

Grendel the new mystic meg he has seen into the future, turfing the club out would nearly be as big a PR disaster as when SISU chose to go to Northampton, who knows what will happen but one thing is for certain Grendel will continue his anti WASPs crusade for the evil that they have done to CCFC.

    December Stadium Deadline

PR is available to all sides but our current owners have been a marketing disaster, still time to reverse the PR but the constant court cases etc.. and Northampton make it very difficult for SISU / CCFC to promote themselves as reasonable and having been subject to an injustice.

    December Stadium Deadline

For somebody who sits in the posh seats you should know that's not a fact merely your uninformed highly biased opinion. Evil WASPS took advantage of a commercial opportunity that would never have happened if it wasn't for the Northampton exile.

    December Stadium Deadline

Putting together an effective management structure to run a football is hardly a strategy. We need a strategy to allow us to compete in the championship or address our stadium/ lack of income issues.

    December Stadium Deadline

TM's appointment makes good economic sense increased gate receipts, might unearth a gem, increases our chances of promotion, more money in the championship, easier to sell a club the higher the division it is in. No evidence of any coherent long-term strategy since WASPS arrived.

    December Stadium Deadline

In my opinion SISU have no intention of building a new stadium, they will run the club as cash neutral and benefit from potential cash windfalls such like Callum's sale. I think they are waiting around for the Ricoh/ CCC / Higgs / ACL court cases to play out. They are probably hoping that...

    December Stadium Deadline

Can't see why so many see this as a "non-story", its just confirms that they have no intention of building a stadium no contact with Rugby Council since March, hardly a serious intention to genuinely develop a major project. The new stadium is a something that is trotted out whilst their main...

    Foxes taking over Coventry?

So you don't know anything about local football, which is no surprise, the point i was trying to make despite your constant drivel is Leicester seem to have a far better scouting system utilising volunteers from Coventry to assist them. As for bragging about buying an "expensive" ticket at the...

    Foxes taking over Coventry?

Grendel what do you know about the Coventry league, what do you contribute to football in the community other than being a self-proclaimed intellectual heavyweight on here and if there was choice between sitting next to you and slower we know who most fans would choose.

    Foxes taking over Coventry?

Leicester City scouts are more in evident at my local football than CCFC scouts and we play in the Coventry League - they had a type of academy called the Coventry Foxes with training in Cov with the better players being sent to Leicester for further training. The guy who helped coach our son's...

    Garry McSheffrey

Sheffers will always be a favourite of mine, clearly not as good the second time around as I think the injuries had taken their toll. But we good good money for him that we spent wisely on Kyle & Leon McK - perhaps those players deserve more of the fan's anger than Sheffers.

    Adam Armstrongs shorts

To quote the manager of Barnstoneworth United in the Ripping Yarns series, "shorts don't matter"

    The Mowbray effect re: loans

It is so refreshing, TM seems to know what he wants, he is able to convince SISU as well as these Premiership clubs to get these players. So strange we seem so organised on our player recruitment.

    CCFC sign Jacob Murphy

I predict that he will win our player of the season

    Missing

Negativity but also an honest reflection of where the club is following 8 years of SISU mismanagement. Negativity was often because under SISU the football has often been so poor that there was always a debate as to why the club was in such a shocking state. Lets enjoy the current run but a...

    Aaron Phillips

Always liked DP as a player and on radio, but having just finished a game where I manage my own son's team, parents and football are not a good combination. As much as I thought AP had a poor game Monday Aaron Martin had a shocking end to last season.
